Hello; I need to know what are what are the latest testing standards used for regulatory compliance testing for North America (US, CAN) and Europe (CE). The standards I'm looking for are for "ITE equipment" as we as for "Electrical Equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use".
The test areas to cover are: Safety LVD EMC (Emissions and susceptibility). RED Also what kind of tests are needed for equipment using (or powered by) secondary Lithium- ION batteries? for both equipment powered by the battery-packs as well as the battery-packs themselves. Finally what would survey equipment (such as a battery operated total-station or a LiDAR scanner) be classified as? Would "Electrical Equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use" be a correct or appropriate?
