So did I get ‘booted’ because I was out of office a couple times this month?

Has restoration work already completed? I am clearly not actually booted,
‘cause I got your message.

Was this a one time glitch or will it happen again next time I have a heavy
travel month and put up out of office notices?

Thanks

Subject: [PSES] Auto-Deletion of 558 Subscribers to EMC-PSTC

To all members,

Last night Listserv, following list rules, deleted 558 (of 632) subscribers
from the EMC-PSTC Email List. All subscribers haev been added back to the list.

Since I only had email addresses to import back, 37 subscribers had their first
and last names changed to be empty fields. I apologize if you had already
re-subscribed this morning and now had your name information deleted. But your
email address is definitely there. If you want to enter your name back in,
please let me know and I can do that for you (if you can't do it yourself).

The deletion happened because we have an auto-delete setting turned on in our
list management rule set. This was turned on years ago bcause we were getting
too many warnings and errors related to bounce messages and mail loops. All of
these had to be dealt with manually one at a time so the rule was enabled.
