equipment and market is US, europe, asia, korea. Trying to figure out which 
entities I contact for CoC, CE Mark, etc. Tried searching online for a good 
sources to use as information I can feed back to team,  but havent had success

Answer to many these questions depend on what market(s) you are selling into.  
Your test lab will provide you with their prerequisites needed for a given 
test/certification.
  These should be identified in their quotes.  Generally minimum requirements 
for safety evaluation/certifications are critical components list with all 
component info, schematics, and safety risk assessment.  Your NRTL will dictate 
some of this for the NA
 market.  The ‘Blue Guide’ on the implementation of EU product rules will help 
answer questions on what you need to do with your documentation and 
certifications for the EU market.  The EU directives themselves define some of 
the documentation requirements
 for the individual directives.
