For a domestic setting, IEC 61000-3-2, 61000-3-3 apply, together with
CISPR 14-1 and CISPR 14-2. It is possible that there are other
standards that might apply, but those should be adequate.

Hello,
please can anyone point me in the direction of any test setups and levels that
exist in standards for the EMC effects of electric actuators in a domestic
setting?
This is ultimately for consideration into an ISO product standard so a
reference to an international standard would be ideal.
Many thanks,
Julia
