All, For those of you with membership in the IEEE EMC society.
After receiving a link by email (http://www.emc2019proceedings.emcss.org <http://www.emc2019proceedings.emcss.org/Files.php>) I've made several failed attempts to download the proceedings using Firefox, Chrome and a download manager. Each ended with a remote server shutdown and a refresh always started at zero bytes again instead of picking up where it left off. Is anyone else having this trouble? Thanks, Doug PS - I do live in a fringe area with fairly slow internet. -- Douglas E Powell doug...@gmail.com http://www.linkedin.com/in/dougp01 - ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message is from the IEEE Product Safety Engineering Society emc-pstc discussion list.
