I'm not very familiar with this standard, but a quick read suggests there are conducted emissions limits on AC/DC power lines connecting to the vehicle, but none for the dc power lines running on the vehicle - is that correct and that all emissions from cables on the vehicle are measured only as radiated emissions above 30 MHz ?
