Hi Charilie, I believe 6,4W is maximum power on output of the battery (electronically protected) and therefore your supplied product does not need a fire enclosure. However internally inside the battery you have high energy and lithium battery is considered as a source of fire, therefore fire enclosure for the battery is required. Many manufacturers consider outer tape around battery, that's meet min. V-1, as fire enclosure.
