Hi David,
You can find valuable info about Safety testing lab in ch.14 of the book
“Electrical Product Compliance and Safety Engineering” by Steli Loznen,
Constantin Bolintineanu and Jan Swart, published in 2017 by Artech House.
Please let me know if the info was useful for you.
Best Regards,
Steli

Subject: [PSES] Safety lab basics

Hi all,

I'm in need of guidance for doing first time setup of a safety lab. I'm versed
in EMC, but only peripherally aware of safety requirements. Are there books,
websites, or other materials (besides this list) that you would recommend? I've
been provided an equipment list for pricing and purchase but does this august
group have any particular recommendations for the most valuable items required
in a lab? This would be primarily for IEC 62368, IEC 61010, and IEC 60601-1.

Sincerely,
David
