Hello colleagues! Do (otherwise) passive cables with e-markers require EMC/EMI testing for North America and Europe? Example: USB-C cable with power delivery
I don't see a specific exemption for them in the FCC regulation; however, the function of e-markers is not necessarily taken into account.
