Hello EMC Gurus, Shoot through current is defined as the momentary current demanded from the PDN when there is a momentary short circuit across the PDN. This short circuit is caused by the short moment is time when the pull up transistor of a push pull circuit and the pull down transistor are on at exactly the same time.
Is this a big deal anymore? I haven't seen this effect rear its ugly head in a while! Thanks!
