This is sad and I'm very sorry it happened. I can hardly believe people post DIY videos of this "art" without including warnings. Very telling is this quote, “*We didn’t know it was dangerous,” Caitlin said. “There were no warnings with the videos. If Matt would have known, he would have never done it.*”
Having worked with HV for many years, I feel I may have become complacent in some ways.
