Hi Amund,

EU Directive 2015/863 published in 2015 (amending the previous regulations RoHS
2 - 2011/65/EU) is known as RoHS 3 or RoHS 2 amended which adds four additional
restricted substances (phthalates) to the original list of six restricted
substances and the new category 11 at the original list of ten product
categories impacted by RoHS. The RoHS 3 deadline was July 22, 2019. For medical
devices and/or monitoring and control tools is an additional 2 years to fully
compliance.

 I Hope that above help.

Est egards and Be Safe,
Steli

Subject: [PSES] ROHS and DoC

For EU compliance, I assume Directive 2011/65/EU is still the correct reference
to use?
I see several parties who is referring to 2015/863 in their DoC, but isn't that
reference just a replacement for Annex II in 2011/65/EU?

Best regards
Amund
