Andrew: My favorite biconical was the Raven 94455 antenna. This antenna was much sturdier that most other biconicals because it used slightly larger tubing, had a better balun, and didn’t have any folding joints at the conical apices. Also, Raven’s pricing was lower than most other vendors. Here’s my last contact info on Raven:
