I haven’t dissected an HDMI cable in a couple of years, but the HDMI
Adopters consortium calls out lower EMI for 2.1-compliant cables:

https://www.hdmi.org/spec21sub/ultrahighspeedcable

Any cable labeled as 2.1-compliant should still be dissected.
