IEC62368-1 or maybe any standards since it would concern all kind of 
electronics … 

*       Clearance / spacing from a warm component and to nearby 
components/parts that might be combustible, is this categorized as the PIS 
issues (Potential Ignition Source) or is it a different category? In this case, 
it’s a component that dissipate heat, but I assume for sure that the energy is 
way below the PIS 15W limit.
