The draft instrument Product Safety and Metrology (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2022 was reviewed and approved by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments on 2022-11-23 ( https://committees.parliament.uk/publications/31741/documents/178147/default /) It now needs to be approved by parliament. You can track the progress be checking the daily order paper (https://commonsbusiness.parliament.uk/Document/61034/Html?subType=Standard# 20221128-287) As of today, it is still in the "Remaining Orders and Notices" section which means that it has not yet been scheduled for a vote.
