I think you need to gather some info on 1. the frequencies and magnitudes involved 2. the split between CM and DM Before designing the filter. Wurth used to provide LTSpice models for their chokes with all the parasitics, I don’t know if they still do. But due to the small space inside the product's enclosure, the complete filter has to be assembled in a peculiar way to fit in. We are talking about EMI filter for 600VDC/30A. At this point I have no idea about existing DM or CM currents that could cause problems. But there should be a lot of broadband noise (I have been told) from brushless DC motors.
