Hi Brian, Yes, Intertek labs will be affected but there is no proposed date for when this will go into effect. It will affect all future testing and certification but would not invalidate testing that was already completed. One tricky part is if testing was completed but the certification isn’t finished before the ban goes into effect – that would likely mean testing would need to be repeated at an FCC approved lab.
