To answer my own question
M61 to 65 controls the motion.digital-out-00 - 03 ports m64 p0 turn on
motion.digital-out-00 m65 p0 turns off motion.digital-out-00
Then you have to link them to the port you want to use
something.hal
Newsg something bit
Linksp something motion.digital-out-00
Linksp something ppmc.0.out-05
This is what I did and seems to work
