Thanks for bringing these info links together.

I think I have followed the instructions for HEAD but, when doing the Make, 
get error:

"make: *** No rule to make target '../configs/demo_mazak/emc.nml, needed by 
Configs"

I have no Mazak :=) but do not know what it is safe to change to workaround 
the error
