C was developed by Kernigan & Ritchie 1969 - 1973, see http://cm.bell-labs.com/cm/cs/who/dmr/chist.html
PostScript dates to 1984, see http://www.prepressure.com/ps/history/history.htm Without insane gyrations, though, PostScript has no innate facility for handling 3D. But, confusing programming languages like C or PostScript with languages specifically designed for expressing SOMETHING in 2D or 3D coordinates such as RS-274D or stl is going to muddy the waters. Clearly, you could bury the G-code entirely, and just program what you want in C, Pascal, FORTRAN or BASIC (URRRppp, sorry!) There's also NURBS, if you really want everything in free-flowing surfaces. Jon ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
