Hello

I need help with tune-up AC servo motor.

I am working on retrofitting Bridge port type Chevalier vertical milling
machine.

I have all components for that project.

My motor IG 34 is working with my amplifier. There are all products of Servo
Dynamics.

The problem that I have is that I bought bigger AC servo motor HJ 130
http://www.servodynamics.com/HJ130.html

type from Servo Dynamic (Made in England) and my old tune up from smaller AC
servo motor IG-34 not fit bigger motor HJ 130.

I expect that and tried used my old experience but it still not enough.

I did set I, D and FFO to zero. P I set to 30. . FF1 was = 1.

At this setting when I jog motor it jerk and I got Error massage.

I slowly increased P to 60-80 and motor start jerk more smoothly.

At some point motor start rattle and I heat E stop.

At P-60 I found that when I jog motor, it don't responded for 10 second and
after that very fast jerk and after Error massage came in.

Should I slowly increase only P until motor start moves - respond to jogging
and than start adjust FF1 or I need simultaneously adjust two or even three
parameters?

Thank you,

Aram K
