The duty cycle has a standard of 0 for the min value (0%) and 1 for the max 
value (100%).
The standard scale is 1...it is not really a scale factor, it is the max of 
the duty cycle. So for example, set it to 20000 and the duty cycle will go 
from 0 to 20000, so when you say 10000 you're at 50% (it will be converted 
to 0.5) of the duty cycle.
