Hello. During CNC workshop (Galesburg) I found that my computer Compaq AMD64 behaves differently than any other computers. EMC2 real time test doesn't work on my computer and at the same time it still ran my driver/machine properly. Nobody can find the problem.
Yesterday I tried load UBUNTU+EMC2 disc that I got from CNC workshop, on my other computer and it doesn't work right. This computer I build less than a one year ago from absolutely new parts. Motherboard ASRock 775i65G. Chip/Processor Intel-865G. Problem is in, that loading continue for 2 hours and still can't be finished. I think that it is some kind maintenance operator on my Intel chip that creates a problem. Windows Microsoft XP and UBUNTU 5.1 can be loaded with no problem; only UBUNTU+EMC2 with real time magma has a problem with loading. If I am right than can someone give my details direction on how to turn off maintenance switch off my Intel chip.
