Humm, somehow that sounds like the install emc .iso, Dennis.  To be written as 
a raw write to a cdrom, booted and used as the installer.

The Handbook is IIRC, a .pdf file, and slightly out of date so use the wiki as 
the latest word in case of unresolved questions.
