Uh yep.  They handle a lot of mail.  I believe that they are working on
their mail servers now.  I'm not one to fault SF.  They did pretty well
by us for years and I'm glad that Fred and Will chose it.  SF.net does
pretty well with more than 100k projects and nearly 1M registered
developers.  

I am convinced, having used at least three on-line cvs systems that what
we have going now is good.  But at the same time, if another better
service came along I'm pretty sure that the board would jump ship on
their own service.  

Sure we've all got an ego investment in what we are doing but that
doesn't mean we are going to tenaciously hang onto a poorer system in
the face of good evidence for a better one.  I remember JohnK hammering
on me to try HAL!  I'm glad he did.  The key here is GOOD EVIDENCE.
