I'm not sure what gamepad.hal is - I am sure it shouldn't be part of
the Puma config.  According to CVS that line was added in May during a
change that involved touching almost all of the configs.  I think it
was a mistake, at least for the Puma config.  I'd suggest commenting
out that line in the ini file.

We'll look into what happened and fix it right later.
