Your [TRAJ]MAX_VELOCITY and [TRAJ]MAX_ACCELERATION need to be as high or higher than the highest of all your [AXIS_0] ... [AXIS_3] sections When you increase those two things it'll fix the behavior in coordinated mode. The sample configuration "max" is my XYZA stepper mini mill. Maybe looking at it might help you too.
