The first DIO board should have this done so there is at least one DIO output that is directly controlled by Estop. I'm guessing that somebody (probably me) didn't finish the adaptation to making the DIOs work in master/slave fashion. It is entirely in the ppmc.c driver code, not in the hardware. I will dig into this and let you know when I get something.
