Thanks Steve. From your information, I found them at Digikey ($0.40 ea).

These seem to rectify the mains to supply the field (F+) and logic
supply. 1000V seems to be over-kill and 1.5A seems a little weak. While
I am ordering parts, it might be smart to order fuse holders and extra
fuses. The manual shows a fuse on the mains input and the armature
output, but a 1.5A slow-blow on the field line might be good too,
although a fuse might be more expensive than the diode.
