Javid,

Since I couldn't figure out how to publish something in the emc-wiki, I wrote 
something at http://martinschoeneck.de/hal-write and uploaded the needed 
files.

Maybe you have a look and give me some feedback if the idea using eagle for 
hal-config is helpful or not.

If there are questions, don't hesitate to ask me - its just quick and dirty at 
present.
