Sure. Feel free to host a CNC Festival. Then all you will need is people to attend it. I would guess that you would have about as many attendees from the US as we will have attendees from Brazil at the US CNC Fest.
Unfortunately, the economics of travel between the US and Brazil is not conducive to this type of meeting among volunteers.
