Well, there is a democratic process that gives the users the power to
decide who gets to determine the direction of the EMC project: the
vote for the board of directors.  It is unfortunate that you silently
ignored it when I nominated you for the board on July 28 2007.  The
nomination was seconded so all you would have had to do was accept.

If you had accepted the nomination, the users could have chosen you
for this influential position if they found merit in your complaints
and suggestions.

Like when you chose to not retain your CVS commit access, you decline
any chance at actual productive participation in the project in favor
of public rants on the mailing list.  This seems very peculiar to me.
