Some semi-pneumatic wheels could maybe used for the rollers.

Certainly not the definitive answer to the question but might provoke better
ideas.
Could be built in an afternoon for very little $$$. The motor would be the
most
expensive part. The part labeled "Cutting Instrument" would be of your
choice
and mounting scheme.
