EMC2 has several drivers that can control the 5i20 board. This change only affects users who are controlling their 5i20 (or 7i43) with the hostmot2 driver. If you're not sure if you're using hostmot2, you're probably not (like Chris Morley said). You can find out for sure by starting emc2 and running "show pin hm2" in halcmd.
