CSS, yes
Regid tapping, Yes
Threaded, Yes
(all need encoder obvisly, 1ppr does work, but no where near as having 
one with many pules)

everything else u would exspect from a lathe is there also i would say.
o, its all in radius programming right now, so half the X values and 
R(arcs) on a diameter program it it will run just fine, bit of a pain if 
u dont have a radius post for your CAD/CAM (like me ) but no bigger 
unless produce heaps of code.

only things missing from lathe would be, area clearnce cycle with finish 
and rough (internal and external)
o maybe C axis hehe ;)
