There is the missing part to the Puzzle.
At least now I have accurate information.

Isel told me it is ER25, which is way too large and none of the other
Din and ER collets would fit.

I checked this afternoon and it would be straight forward to have a
colleholder made to take ER16 collets.
All you need is exactlythe same shredded holder only with the threads
about3/4 longer."
