Mostly to do with handling of G92 and G10 offsets.

But, the TkEMC GUI also has the ability to start from any line.  You 
have to use the edit menu entry to bring up the whole G-code file in the 
edit window, and highlight the desired line.  Then, there is a drop-down 
menu in that window for "set start line" (I think that's the right 
description).
You then get out of the edit meny and hit "r".
