But, the TkEMC GUI also has the ability to start from any line. You have to use the edit menu entry to bring up the whole G-code file in the edit window, and highlight the desired line. Then, there is a drop-down menu in that window for "set start line" (I think that's the right description). You then get out of the edit meny and hit "r".
