Hi Kirk, I copied and pasted a configuration setup from www.rym.com and all that came through was the logo. If you go to RYM's website, select support, select the CNC control type, there will be setup instructions and parameter instructions. A copy of RYM's software can be downloaded and used for thirty days. This may help to troubleshoot the communication issue.
