Kirk - I haven't done a whole lot of drilling with it but I am pretty sure
that cambam (google it) will let you assign machining operations to a group
of points.  I've been using the free version for a while but recently
downloaded the pay version - you get 40 (?) runs with no limits - I'm
considering buying it.  It's a Windows app not *nix though - better don my
nomex...
