Hi Michael, You might want to check that the shanks are not hardened before you buy. Following on from what Jon Elson suggested, I note that Taig has a fly cutter for $20 which screws onto the spindle nose. It won't screw onto the spindle nose of a Sherline without modification, though. Taig has an import fly cutter with a 3/8" shank also for $20.
