I just looked at the G-Code quick reference to see what the probing
code was, and to see what parameters the answers are written to, when
I noticed something at the bottom that I had never noticed before, you
can write all the probe results to a file.

So, I think you could do what you want with something like:

#1 = 100 (Start Dia)
F20
(PROBEOPEN filename.txt)
O100 WHILE [#1 GT 0]
G38.2 Z -100
G0 X0
#1 = [#1-3]
G0 X #1
O100 ENDWHILE
(PROBECLOSE)
