If you don't have allot of boards to do, I have removed copper by
getting a sharp knife under an edge far enough to get my thumbnail on
the copper and knife, then peel it off. Like removing the release paper
off a label.

Now that I am thinking about it, I thought Eagle had a setting for
clearing unused copper. I just can't remember where, sorry.
