Ok - I decided to check up on the G540 manuals, and they are Spartan at best.
The Adjustment you need is labeled as TRIM on the G540. There is one for each motor output. You can get a better (yet brief) explaination of the process from the G250.pdf manual. There it is labeled ADJUST TRIMPOT. Good luck with it, and have fun.
