I tried installing BRL-CAD a while back, but gave up trying to get it
going when I got "error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". Now that the
shop is too cold to work in on some days, I'm thinking about trying
again, but if I need to track down and install fifty different lib
files, it ain't gona happen. If someone has gotten it running with
Ubuntu 8.04, please share your thoughts about this program. Frankly,
reading:
