This might be doable. A angles rotation axis is around the x, B is around the y, and C is around the z. I've made chain sprockets with some of the help of the gentlemen on this list, with the C doing the part indexing so xy just physically repeated just one tooth. And considering the backlash in my $100 table that caused the roller gullets to be a bit too snug, I was well pleased with the resultant sprockets. To me, the confusion would be in remembering which way was which. OTOH, would it not be easier to clean up the bottoms of your fixture/pallet to bring the parts into registration?
