Ok. too early to tell if any bug reports are necessary however I cannot
get 2.4 to start with touchy selected for the display interface.
Initially I was having a problem with the original configurations
causing an RTAI error which went away when I generated a new
configuration from scratch using stepconf.

Now when I try to start it with touchy I get the following error in the
Debug File Information section of the error log:

Can not find -sec EMC -var NML_FILE -num 1

I am not sure what to do next.  It does run with axis for the user
interface.
