Synergy at http://webersys.com/ can do this. I have Synergy, but I haven't done any A axis coding so I have no first hand experience. The program comes with some demo programs. There are a couple that show machining complex shapes on an A axis. There is a demo version that you can download that should have the A axis sample part.
