I use Batch PCB every month - I've probably made 30-40 orders through them and have never had a bad board. It is a fantastic service for people like me whose projects consist of many different boards and who tend to make stupid mistakes :-)
The only thing I wish is that they could cut about a week off the time and that they had some method of accurately indicating at order time when the boards would be shipped.
