Gentlemen, The operator running the EMC2 Cinci says it sometimes takes 20 minutes to save a file after he edits it. I am 90% sure the edit is done through the menu in AXIS. What should I look for when troubleshooting this? I have not had the opportunity to look at this while the 'save' is happening. I was informed of this yesterday [so much for communication :( ]. Load/save is done from/to an NFS mounted directory on our network. My first thought would be to move the directory to the local hard drive. 'top' is my second thought.
